Beautiful Peacock

As always a really enjoyable puzzle. A challenge but that adds to the fun of putting it together.

Well...

Excellent service and delivery from George's, thank you 👍
Now to the puzzle. Never, ever again. Ever. Peacocks are beautiful but this puzzle was sooooo frustrating! The colour is very slightly different to the poster which isn't normally a problem but on this occasion it made the puzzle very difficult. The extra piece was also a bit of a curve ball ... (let me know if you are missing a plain black piece, which is actually very dark brown... I have a spare 🤷🏻)
If you love a challenge, go for it. If you want a relaxing, enjoyable and calming puzzle think twice!!
We are all different as the reviews will testify but this puzzle is not one I enjoyed but I finished it and cannot wait to pass it on so that I never have to look at it again.
Now, I'm off to get my eyes tested and then I'm going to have a very long lie down ... 😂

Prepare to invest a lot of hours!

I knew this would be hard but I underestimated quite how frustrating it would be at times. It has taken me hours of staring at pieces and hoping desperately to suddenly see two that fit together - but there was a definite sense of achievement when I finished! It is a beautiful picture and if you want a challenging jigsaw then this would be a good choice, particularly as there is no obvious place to work on once the rose in the bottom left has been completed. My only (very slight) criticism is that I didn't feel the colours of the actual pieces were a match for the included picture, which sometimes added to the difficulty; yellow in the picture was sometimes closer to white on the piece itself, for example. So one star removed for that reason. Excellent service from George's as usual - I originally ordered a different one and when it was out of stock they called to ask if I would prefer a refund or an alternative, with this puzzle being my choice.

Really difficult

A really difficult jigsaw to complete. This took me several days to finish. Not for the faint hearted.
