Midsummer Morning, Soudain - 1000 Piece Puzzle
Midsummer Morning, Soudain - 1000 Piece Puzzle. Born in Kent, Annie Soudain spent her early childhood years in Truro, Cornwall, where her interest in plants and nature began. Now settled by the sea in Sussex, much of her work continues to be inspired by the beautiful landscapes surrounding her. This colourful linoprint was created using the reduction method, which involves progressively cutting, inking up, and printing from the same block. The picturesque scene was taken from the view across the field overlooking Rye Bay in Hastings Country Park.
This challenging 1000 piece jigsaw is intended for adults and children over 13 years. Part of our exciting collection of Fine Art Puzzles featuring powerful and popular works of art.
- Finished size 29" x 20"

The colours attracted me to this. I’ve had so many comments to frame it...
It wasn’t an easy one to do, but every stalk and stem was slightly different, so there was always only one place each piece fitted into.
I ordered the beautiful jigsaw and had it sent to my mum for a Mother’s Day gift. It arrived in really good time and she absolutely loves the design.
This is a beautiful puzzle, at a great price and delivery was super quick. As for the puzzle itself, it's not easy but well worth it.
I'm buying puzzles of this size during Lockdown to frame afterwards. This is a lovely scene along the South coast of England near where I live, with chalk cliffs in the background. I love the colours of the sky and the detail of the flowers below, it feels joyful and uplifting. The lower part is certainly much harder! Very recommended; I'll probably buy Soudain's other work, "Foxgloves & Finches".
Lovely product. Competitive price. Excellent service. Thank you.
