Best Company Services ever!

I ordered the large Moving Gear Clock as a gift but was disappointed to find the metal surround slightly damaged in a few places when it arrived. I spoke to the team at Georges’s immediately and they were most helpful. It turned out that the one available replacement was also damaged. My only criticism of the clock is that it is not easy to see what time it is as the hands blend into the black background. I have only praise for the team at Georges’s though as they managed the complaint swiftly and with sincere kindness. British Customer Service at its best which is rare nowadays, and I would have every confidence ordering online with them again because of this.
