Puzzle Treats That Built Britain 1000 Piece Jigsaw Puzzle
It isn’t easy to imagine life without chocolate. But it was only in Victorian times that sweets began to satisfy the craving – with boiled sugar, toffee and plain chocolate.
Fry’s milk chocolate was launched in 1902 and Cadbury’s Dairy Milk in 1905. The novelty bar of 1908 was destined to be Toblerone Swiss milk chocolate. However the heyday of sweet treats was in the 1930s, Forrest Mars came to Britain and in 1932 began production of the Mars bars, followed by Milky War in 1935 and Maltesers in 1936.
So many timeless classics displayed in this chocc-a-block puzzle, which treat is your favourite?
The beautifully illustrated pieces are printed with vegetable-based inks, they fit perfectly together and are made from the thickest jigsaw puzzle board on the market which is also 100% recycled.
