Here's what you want to know...
We aim to pick, pack and dispatch your order on the same working day, or next working day. Deliveries will only be made on working days which are Monday – Friday and exclude weekends and Bank holidays.
FREE Click & Collect
Simply choose ‘Pick Up’ at the delivery options stage of checking out. Orders are typically ready within 4 hours and can be collected from our Whitstable store location between 10am and 4pm on the days we are open. Please note we are closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day. You will receive an email notification that your order is ready for collection.

International Delivery
Unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this time.
Tracking Information
You will receive notification of your parcel tracking reference once your label has been generated. Once your parcel is received by the courier you can use your tracking reference to track your parcel. In case of any delivery issue, please get in touch via email - hello@georgesonline.co.uk or calling the shop 01227 261524, and we'll be very happy to help. (Please do not contact us about a problem via social media, as this is not always picked up quickly).
Please note that working days are any days that are not a Saturday, Sunday, or Bank Holiday.
Incorrect Address
If you have entered the incorrect delivery address or contact details by mistake, then please contact us via email us at hello@georgesonline.co.uk as soon as possible as we may be able to amend the order if it has not yet been dispatched. Please note however that if the parcel has been sent and consequently ends up elsewhere, we will be unable to offer a refund but we can assist with trying to track missing parcels. Please email us hello@georgesonline.co.uk
If the parcel is returned to us, we can resend it after receiving a further postage payment, or refund the product amount less your postage costs. Parcels can take up to 28 days to be returned back to us and a further 3 days for a refund to be processed.
Missing Parcels and Non-Delivery
In the unlikely event that your parcel does not arrive, please contact us as soon as possible using hello@georgesonline.co.uk
To speed up the investigation process please include your full name and order number. We will be able to trace the journey of your parcel through Evri or DHL and if it has been delivered, we will be able to obtain GPS tracking to ascertain its whereabouts.
If sadly your parcel is lost, we are unable to send out replacement goods or provide a refund until 10 working days after the due delivery date of the parcel. In most cases parcels do turn up before this deadline.
